The
Lightning quick built kit has now been
organized into individual Sub kits. This
allows a builder to complete their lightning
as working space or budget permit. The cost
of the Sub kits bought separately is the
same as the complete Quick build kit, just
spread out. The hardware kit for the entire
airframe must be purchased first; this will
keep from loosing a few bolts at a time as
parts arrive.
Arion
Aircraft recommends building the kits in the
following order:
1.
Fuselage kit.
2.
Empennage kit.
3.
Canopy kit
4.
Wing kit.
5.
Interior
components.
6.
Firewall forward
kit.
This is
only a recommended order and kits can be
bought in different stages, contact Arion
Aircraft or a local dealer for advice before
doing so.
Shipping
cost is higher because each kit is sent
separately, rather than all together as with
the full quick build kit. Shipping cost is
FOB from Weyauwega WI or Shelbyville TN
depending on the origin of the component. |
